Partnership Proposal

An elite girls program for Orlando, built from day one

Confidential
Who We Are

A 501(c)(3) girls basketball organization out of South Florida, founded August 2025.

Our founders bring three decades in girls basketball. Carlyle "Slim" Lewis spent ten years as youth director and player development specialist for the Miami Suns, developing some of the most elite talent in South Florida. With his cofounders, he rebuilt that work under Florida Nation. That foundation is why the program took off this fast. We arrived with the youth, the relationships, and the track record already in place.

What we built in under a year is the proof of what we can build for you.

What We Do

Two things, done better
than anyone in our market

Youth Development

A 120 plus athlete program practicing twice a week and competing monthly in local tournaments. We build players from the ground up.

Elite Exposure

A New Balance sponsored high school program on a national shoe circuit, with athlete media profiles that put our girls in front of college coaches.

The Opportunity

Skip the climb.
Step onto the circuit.

Tre Mann Elite brings the vision and the resources to build a first class girls program in Orlando. What takes years to build, and what money cannot buy, is standing on a national shoe circuit, a proven operating system, and a media platform that reaches recruiters. We already have all three. This partnership puts Tre Mann Elite onto the circuit in its first season.

What We Bring to You

A turnkey elite program

  • New Balance circuit access across all three levels: P32, E32, and JrP32.

  • Elite rosters set through Florida Nation tryouts, so circuit teams compete at a true elite standard.

  • A complete three tier development program, from academy to circuit.

  • Administration and billing handled end to end.

  • Media presence through BallerTube and Shoe Circuit for highlights, recruiting, and NIL.

  • BallerStat live stats and AI performance reports for every athlete.

  • An established recruiting pathway and the relationships behind it.

  • 501(c)(3) standing and credibility from day one.

How the Program Is Built

Three tiers, one path up

Tier 1Elite

Circuit teams on P32, E32, and JrP32. Made by Florida Nation tryout. These teams travel the national circuit.

Tier 2Competitive

Development teams playing local and regional tournaments on the same system. The feeder to the circuit teams.

Tier 3Foundation

Skills academy with year round training for younger and newer athletes. Fundamentals, IQ, and development.

Tryouts set the start. Athletes earn their way up. No one is stuck, and no one is handed a spot.

How the Partnership Works

We run it. We protect it.

Florida Nation operates the Tre Mann Elite program end to end.

We retain our circuit spot, name, trademark, and final roster authority. These are what make elite play possible, and they stay with Florida Nation.

The operation runs through our operating entity, keeping accounting clean and separate.

The program runs on athlete tuition of $300 per month per youth, funding coaches, tournaments, gear, and practice facilities.
